Commissions are not on a first come, first serve basis. I have the right to deny a commission request for whatever reason I see fit. I will tell you upfront if I am not willing to draw your request.-All orders are to be paid in USD.-Commissioned art is allowed to be used as an icon, banner, etc. only by the commissioner, and credit must be provided with a link back to me or a notation of where to find me. Please no reposts on social media.-I only take orders with visual references— I am not a character designer, I am an illustrator.-You may not use my art for sales.-My art under no circumstances is to be used for NFTs.-My art is not to be traced, copied, or taken (if it was not your order). All signatures must remain on the piece, no exceptions.-I reserve the right to use your order for promotional purposes(example work, etc.).-If your order includes copywritten characters you do not own (ex. Arcane, The Owl House, Pokemon, etc.) I reserve the right to use your order for merch.-If you have a problem with your order or want something updated please contact me. I may be able to make changes depending on what they are. Major edits may require a fee. You may alter my art only with explicit permission.-Failure to follow my ToS may result in denial of future orders.
